Checklist

What are you getting for your money? One of our goals at Keeper of the Cottage is to maintain a low profile. You hire professionals to take care of day to day maintenance issues without constantly involving you in each and every task. At the same time, you need a clear record of what has been done. That's why we have created our Home Checklist. With each visit to your property we produce a checklist. This can be hand delivered, mailed, or e-mailed, the choice is yours.
