My wife and I live in the Chicago area and have a “lake home” in St. Joseph, Michigan, which at first was somewhat difficult to manage due to the many miles between the houses. We were given the name of
Keeper of the Cottage by a friend of ours and our lives are much better for it.
KOTC handles everything inside the house, including cleaning, appliance and utility maintenance and repairs as well as monthly winter “checks” to ensure there is no damage to the house when it’s being used the least. A great company run by great people. Words cannot describe the satisfaction they provide.
-Bob Petty
We feel very fortunate to have discovered Keeper of the Cottage for all our needs in maintaining our summer home in New Buffalo.
During the winter, they check our home on a regular basis to make sure all systems are running properly and the home is secure.
During the summer, they handle specific maintenance of the landscaping, the spa, interior repairs, find resources for housecleaning and other improvements.
Pamela and Troy Albright always conduct themselves in a very professional manner.
Their cheerful dispositions and those of their employees always brighten up the times they are present at our home.
-Cynthia Weglarz
What I like about Keeper of the Cottage is it’s virtually a “one-stop” service for second home owners. We can’t be at our second home as much as we would like and having their weekly maintenance or their services when unforeseen situations arise, provide welcome peace of mind. They are a professional, courteous and responsive group to work with as well.
-John Beljan
Stan and I want to express our appreciation for KOTC. When we found you, the entire experience of owning a second home changed. For the first time, we felt we had capable and reliable people to deal with everything from routine house checks to bathroom renovations to an emergency broken pipe when we were over a thousand miles away. You brought peace of mind to owning a second home and we can’t thank you enough. We can enthusiastically recommend
Keeper of the Cottage.
